Electronic access control
Versatile, individually tailored access-control systems are our specialty. You decide who can enter, when and where!
Simple, versatile, secure
Control, security and flexibility – combined in one electronic access control system. Office, commercial, industrial, residential complex, educational institution or office park: we have the right system for every application.
Who has access when, where and for how long? Electronic access control answers exactly that question – and that is exactly what we specialise in.
You control access to individual rooms, areas or entire buildings. You grant permissions to individual people or to groups and, if you wish, restrict them to certain times. If something changes, you adjust the permission without replacing a cylinder.
Depending on the requirements, we also implement two-factor authentication, e.g. user card and PIN or card and fingerprint, and build custom personnel interlocks.
Everything from a single source
Access control, escape-door, motorised and handle-operated locks, mechanical and mechatronic locking systems, escape-route technology and personnel interlocks: all components can be combined and extended at any time.
Why can we do this? Because we specialise in access solutions and bring four things together:
- Knowledgeable, expert technicians We are not “just” locksmiths and not “just” alarm system installers – we are both, and we bring 64 years of experience.
- Extensive, long-standing experience Doors, gates and everything that goes with them are our daily bread. We know them inside out and therefore also find solutions that others dismiss as impossible.
- Manufacturer independence Depending on the requirements, we supply a system from EVVA (Xesar), dormakaba (evolo or exos), ASSA ABLOY (eCLIQ or Aperio), DOM (ENiQ) or ABUS (wAppLoxx). We are certified for all of these systems. That way we find the product that suits you best.
- Continuity and reliability As a family business, we offer you the same reliable contacts for the long term.
Which system suits your property?
We look at your doors, how they are used and your infrastructure, and recommend the right system – independent of any manufacturer.
Intuitive administration that adapts to your infrastructure
Single-workstation installation on Windows, server installation or cloud platform: whatever you or your IT department prefer, we can deliver. Each option has its strengths and weaknesses – we advise you on which is the best choice for you.
Whichever you choose: administration is user-friendly and intuitive. You keep an overview and grant access permissions precisely by time and place. You manage users, access media and installation locations such as doors yourself at any time.
Escape routes and fire protection – we take care of it
Escape and rescue routes and fire doors are also among our specialities. Our solutions therefore keep the relevant escape-route and fire-protection standards in view from the start.
You get a complete solution from a single source, including an inspection report, and do not need to hire a locksmith separately.
Self-locking and door automation
Speaking of escape doors: in most cases we already fit self-locking locks there. When the door closes, it locks automatically. So you never have to wonder again whether you actually locked up.
On top of that come handle-operated (EK) locks and motorised locks, depending on the application. They make access control considerably more convenient and reduce wear at the same time. They reach their full potential in combination with real door automation, such as radar-controlled automatic opening. You can find more about locks under Locks, and a motorised cylinder under EVVA EMZY.
Time recording
Once you have access control, time recording is a short step away: with a card or a chip you grant access and record working hours at the same time. We work particularly successfully with dormakaba and Fink here – again, all from a single source.
If you already have a time recording system, it can usually be integrated into the new access control easily. The same applies to coffee machines, canteens and the like.
Data protection and employee protection
For employee protection, we always recommend involving the works council (if there is one) and talking openly with everyone affected, such as employees or residents.
All our systems offer mechanisms to protect sensitive data – e.g. the four-eyes principle for access to log data – and to prevent covert time recording.
We are happy to advise you on this topic too.
Not sure which solution fits?
We advise you personally and select components to suit the property and how it is used.
