EVVA ICS
Convenient reversible-key system combining three locking technologies and concealed coding features.
Convenience and protection
With ICS you increase the convenience of your system, gain planning and investment security and can rely on a robust, durable system.
ICS stands for Internal Code System (Innen-Codiert-System). The reversible-key system combines three locking technologies:
- the specially shaped, resistant longitudinal profile,
- the proven curve system that checks the locking authorisation, and
- the improved pin system with concealed, internal recesses in the key body – unique worldwide. This makes unauthorised key copies almost impossible.
The locking authorisation is checked by a total of 13 spring-loaded locking pins in three rows, plus the specially shaped longitudinal profile:
- 2 side rows with 10 one-piece locking pins scan the curves on the sides of the key.
- 1 central row with 3 track pins checks the concealed internal recesses on the narrow sides of the key.

EVVA 4KS also uses a reversible key but is designed for complex systems with overlapping hierarchies. For user-oriented systems there is EVVA EPS. You can read how a system is structured under Master-key systems.
